Neste mês de agosto conduzimos o treinamento de “Inteligência Emocional” com a equipe da área comercial da Unimed Maringá.
Segundo o consultor Flávio Moura, diante desse novo contexto os profissionais da cooperativa precisam atuar de uma forma mais humanizada, oferecendo um atendimento diferenciado para os clientes, e ainda mantendo um clima favorável entre a equipe. Dessa forma, a inteligência emocional é fundamental.
